What we collect

When you submit the Get Started form (or a similar intake form on this site), we collect what you type into it: your name, business name, business type, how to reach you (email or phone), what service you're interested in, and a description of what you need. We don't collect anything beyond what the form asks for — no hidden fields, no device fingerprinting, no location data.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are written directly into a private Google Sheet inside COCO Systems' own Google Workspace account. That Sheet is our CRM — it's how we track every lead, client, and project. We also get an email copy of each submission, and if you gave us a valid email address, you get an automatic confirmation email back.

Who sees it

Just COCO Systems. Right now that's one person — DavidRay "Coco" Jaramillo. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing. The only times it leaves our own Sheet/email are:

• Google Workspace — hosts the Sheet and email. See Google's privacy policy.
• GitHub Pages — hosts this website itself, and sees standard web-server access logs like any host does. See GitHub's privacy statement.
• Payment provider — only if you pay us. We send you a payment link; the provider named on that link handles your payment details directly, and we never see or store your card or bank information. Their privacy policy applies to that payment.
• Google Fonts — this site loads its typefaces from Google's font service, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them. No form data is involved.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or anything similar.

How long we keep it

We haven't set a fixed retention period yet — as a small, one-person business, your record stays in our CRM as part of our normal business records (so we can follow up, invoice, and support you) unless you ask us to delete it. We're flagging that as something to formalize, not pretending there's a policy that doesn't exist yet.

Requesting deletion or a copy

Email info@crmconsultco.com and ask. We'll remove your record from our CRM Sheet, or send you what we have, as requested — this is a one-person operation, so expect a real reply from an actual person, not an automated system.

This site isn't directed at children. Our clients must be at least 18 years old — see our terms.
