What we do
COCO Systems LLC ("we") builds link pages, Google listing cleanups, review links, booking setups, simple websites, and small custom systems for creators, artists, DJs, and small businesses. Before we start, we agree on what you're getting and what it costs, in writing (a message or email is fine). That agreement is the scope of the job.
Who can hire us
Clients must be at least 18 years old. We can decline any job for any lawful reason (see "Right to refuse" below).
Prices and payment
- We quote the price before you pay. Once we confirm what you want, we send you a payment link.
- Payment comes before work starts.
- Under $100: paid in full up front.
- $100 or more: half to start, half when you approve the finished work.
- The $50 own-domain link page is the one exception under $100: $25 to start and $25 when you approve it. It goes live on your domain after the second payment.
- Domain registration (about $20 a year) is paid by you, to the registrar, in your name.
Revisions and changes
- Template pages include one revision round. Own-domain and custom work include two rounds.
- Anything beyond that, or anything outside the agreed scope, is a change order. We quote it in writing before we do it, at our normal rate plus 15%.
Who owns what
The page, the account, and the domain are in your name from day one. Everything we build for you is yours after the final payment. We only show your work in our portfolio if you approve it.
Optional care plans
You don't need a monthly plan. If you want us to handle edits and updates, optional care starts at $25 a month, and you can cancel anytime.
Refunds
- If we haven't started work, you get back everything you paid.
- If we've started, the payment covers the work already done and isn't refundable.
- If we can't deliver what we agreed, we refund the part we didn't deliver.
Right to refuse
We can decline a job, or stop one, if we think it's a bad fit or if the requested content or use isn't something we want to work on. If that happens, we'll tell you, and the refund rules above apply.
